"This summer's a bummer"

Films: Rim of the World (2019)

Alias: None

Type: Natural

Location: Eldritch Location/Forest/Civilized Area

Height/Weight: Ranges from twice that of a large dog to twice that of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: So one day, you're heading to summer camp, right? You hope to meet new friends, you do, and everything seems to be going smoothly. Then, there is chaos. Something outside of your life's scope takes place. Something more befitting of an adult problem comes knocking on your door, and even then, the adults can barely handle it. No child deserves such huge responsibilities, least of all being at the center of an alien invasion.

History: Somewhere in California, a vicious attack on Earth has taken place. Aliens are assaulting the city, and slowly, the countryside is becoming not quite as safe anymore. And just when things cannot get any more preposterous, the fate of the world is placed in the hands of a motely crew of socially outcast kids. We...are doomed.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Against all odds, the kids manage to save the world when it’s revealed that the key they found earlier can activate a Cold War-era weapon known as Excalibur. The deed is done, the mothership is obliterated, and the kids get to live on knowing that they are heroes.

Powers/Abilities: The main aliens can vomit a black substance that can be toxic in high amounts. They can also heal from most injuries.

Weakness: Fire negates the healing factor, especially in great amounts.

Scariness Factor: 3-The CGI isn't always that great, but when it is, you can see why these kids should thank their lucky stars that they didn't die horribly. The main aliens are downright hideous, with those four arms and a mouth full of razor-sharp teeth. The alien dogs are hardly better, though they go down easier. Still, it must have been humiliating for the beings that their plan was ruined by a bunch of social misfits not even past the age of 14.

Trivia: -This film was directed by McG (yes, that's his preferred alias). He had also done "Terminator Salvation" and the music video for Smash Mouth's "All Star" in 1999.

That's it, really.
